- Rates are subject to availability. The hotel reserves the right to amend the rates without prior notice.
- The rates specified in this promotion are only applicable to the Single Capsule category, and includes breakfast.
- All items listed in the package are on a per capsule basis and are intended for a maximum of 1 person.
- Packages booked under this promotion are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a reservation is made, it cannot be transferred to another person or canceled for a refund.
- Any unused portions of the package, including but not limited to meals and amenities, will be non-refundable.
- In the event of any dispute or disagreement regarding your stay at JPOD Capsule Hotel, the Management’s decision shall be final. We will make every effort to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
- JPOD Capsule Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or other valid reasons. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected guests.
