Besides your hotel website, are there any other websites where I can book a room at JPOD Capsule?
You may also make bookings through an Online Travel Agent (OTA). Some of the more popular OTAs are Agoda, Expedia, and Booking.com
Did I need to complete the payment to secure my booking?
Yes, you are required to settle the payment in full to confirm your booking.
Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?
Although individual hotel policies may vary, most hotels have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old. Please call the hotel reception directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements.
Do I have to present anything during check-in?
1. Valid Identification / a passport must be presented upon registration / check-in
2. The hotel reserves the right to decline check-ins should any guest fail to comply
Can I request a smoking or non-smoking room?
All our rooms are non-smoking.

Our hotel check-in times start from 2.30PM
